[TowerTalk] Specs Telex/Hy-gain HG-54HD

Hello,
   Moved to Florida and wanted to put up my HG-54HD tower. To get  a permit 
you need the engineering specs. I have had the tower for about 20  years, have 
the original manual but they say the need engineering specs from the  
manufacture. Since telex/hy-gain are long out of the tower business does anyone  have 
a copy or know of a source such specs?
