[TowerTalk] HY-Gain TH-11DX

Hi all, I have been thinking about Putting up a HY-Gain TH-11DX. My tower is a Rohn 20G at 50'. I have a few questions.
How much twist will the 12.5 sq.ft. windload put on the 20G tower? Will it just twist the tower into failure.
Do I need to put up 45G or 55G.
I would like to go up to 70'.
Where could I fined 70' of 45G or 55G at a good price?
I have a 5'x5'x4' base for the tower I have up now, Would that work for 45G?
