[TowerTalk] Belt Slippage on LM-470 Towers

Jim, several people have insisted that the Belt Dressing does indeed 
reduce slippage.  I may have used too much or not waited long enough for 
it to dry.

I am going to check the local farmers' supply for the stuff you describe.
