[TowerTalk] Rain static

I haven't noticed it on a balloon supported OR kite
supported antenna either....but then I've never had either
one.

What difference would the kite or balloon make anyway? The
very moment you connect a receiver system the antenna has a
ground path. Even megohms of leakage would do it.
