[TowerTalk] Engineering analysis fees

A $500 fee for analysing your tower and representing to authorities
that it's safe is hardly gouging.  It's close to being a gift.
Not quite pro-bono....but hardly a profitable enterprise.

You've been quoted the amateur-discount rate.
