[TowerTalk] antenna for ALE

An agency up here uses a 2-30 Mc Log Periodic and (I believe) 10kW for their ALE circuit. 

A "bit" more costly than our OCF and a kW, but then again, they have more money than God.

Works very very well ... the demo blew me away.
