[TowerTalk] Tower winch information wanted

Hi  -  This is my first post to Tower Talk, but I have been  reading the mail 
for quite some time now. I have a couple of questions that I  thought I could 
get answered about the winch I would like to use on my home  brewed Hazer I'm 
building. My Hazer is the Tram type that travels on tracks  up/down on one 
face of a Rohn 25g tower. I would like some advice on where I  could get a 
simple worm gear type winch that I could power with a 1/2" drill  motor. I don't 
want to use a ratchet type winch from which I received  a broken thumb and 
completely destroyed tri-band beam back in 1962. I've been  told that I could use a 
winch with a automatic brake  and it wouldn't  freewheel  if disengaged 
accidentally, but I'm not familiar with this  type.
Any information or help on where I can get a new/used type inexpensive worm  
gear type winch will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks for  reading.   Harold  -
