[TowerTalk] Coefficient of coupling

Given two air-wound coils mounted concentrically . . . the shorter outer
coil is centered length-wise over the longer inner coil . . . all the
dimensions such as coil diameters, lengths and turns per inch are known
. . . can the coefficient of coupling be calculated? How?

I don't have a ready way to measure the inductance of each coil nor the
aiding and opposing mutual inductances as a basis for determining
coefficient of coupling.

Just wondering if there's a way to determine coefficient of coupling
based on the physical dimensions of the two coils and their mounting
with respect to each other?

Didn't find it in the Handbook, nor did a google search turn up anything.

Thanks.
