[TowerTalk] I'm in Need of an Antenna Manual

I'm looking for the factory manual for a Cushcraft "Shorty Forty".  The
designation, I believe, is the 40-2CD and is the predecessor of the
XM-240.  The driven element is also the D-4, a rotatable dipole and I
have the documentation for it.

I'll copy the manual, pay for the copies, your choice or a scanned .pdf 
of good quality will also work.
