Without doing a terrain analysis it's impossible to tell how it would  work.  
Rest assured it will work well. I have two 4 el KLMs at 65m over 28m  and 
have the abiltiy to switch each one in and out.  The one at 28m plays  very well, 
although not as good as the one at 65m.  Go for it!
