Easily, at that power level. 

If you've never operated high power, you will be surprised to find
there is a threshold level for RFI which does not work in the
amateur's favor when increasing power. Relatively small increases in
power can cause great increases in RFI. 

Of course the opposite is true too, but his question was about going
from low power to high.
