[TowerTalk] 30M dipole length?

We need more information.  What is the material, wire or tubing?  If wire,
is it insulated or bare?  If tubing, what taper schedule?  Will it be
installed horizontally or in a "V"?  What height will it be installed at?
What is the desired resonant frequency?  Will there be any birds sitting on
it?
