W3LPL covered the coax question.  But, here is a suggestion about the  
switch:  put it at the base of the  tower!...........................NI1N

Agreed.  At my last installation I had them all up on the  towers.  All 
phasing and connections were at least 100 feet  up.............BAD IDEA.
 
The installation I just finished taking down had all switches for phasing  
either in the shack, or  at the bases of the towers.  It is the ONLY  way to go.
