[TowerTalk] M2 40M3FS element tip problem

I chased this problem and solved it by using a small SS screw and fixing
these tips.  I first tried aluminum pop rivets, but they seemed to work
loose and fail.  I've had no problem with the ss screws, and my 40M yagi has
been through routine  big winds here oceanfront on the Gulf.
