[TowerTalk] Impose Tower Pic

I recall appx a year or so ago there was a site talked about on T/T 
where one
could get a picture of a tower "imposed" on the proposed site of a tower
install. (my case, an amateur radio tower)  I've looked through my 
archives,
bookmarks, Google, and the T/T archives so far with no joy.  Can anyone
help, or point me in the right direction?
