I looked..My Belden catalog isn't old enough. For what it's worth..

Typical 300 Ohm Ladder consisting of 18 gauge, Copper coated steel wire
conductors consisting of 19 strands of 29 gauge wires has a Velocity Factor
of 88%. Of course it varies by the conductor size and material.
