[TowerTalk] To add... or not to add...

I have a TA33 (14ft boom) at 45 feet.  I am curious about adding a 40m
dipole to the boom.  The tower and rotor will handle it, but what about
performance?  I certainly can't go any higher, but...
 
Does the existence of a 40m dipole affect the 10-15-20m pattern negatively?
 
Does the existence of the 10-15-20m elements affect the 40m dipole
negatively?
 
I know Mosley sells an add-on, but I am looking to HB one.  Any recipes?
Any bad experiences?
