[TowerTalk] Hoot Owl Follow Up

Has there been an environmental impact statement done to insure that the 
fake owl does not impact any native species of real owls?  Watch out for 
the tree, er tower,  huggers if not.  Also you need to write a caveat 
that no harm was done to any owls, real or fake, in the installation of 
said fake owl.
