[TowerTalk] Tower base

I was told to wait 4 weeks, seemed to be a bit OT, but I did it anyway and
glad I did, it is still good 15 years later.  By the way you have to wet it
down regularly, that I was told is really important. As I am in CA, that was
really a challenge.

 It looks like I will be buying a rhon 45 tower from TEXAS TOWERS (great guy
that Tim Sharp)
 My question is, how long after I pour the concreate for the base should I
wait to install the tower?
