One quick way I used to measure my ground was to hook up the hot side of the 
plug on a lamp to to AC and the other side of the plug to my ground.  Turn 
on the lamp and see how bright it glows.  Gives you a good idea of how good 
it is.  How to measure a RF ground--not sure about that.  73
