[TowerTalk] replacement box/enclosure for MFJ RCS-8V switches

Does anyone know of a source for a replacement for the plastic box 
that goes over a RCS-8V switch?  I'm looking for something that isn't 
tapered, but has the same 4 15/16" by 6 7/16" faceplate with the 
mounting holes in the corners.  Needs to be 2" deep (inside).

I want to mount the switch using the side of the box, and the darned 
tapered edge is a pain.  I've got 4 of them, so before I launch into 
a fabrication effort to make some sort of bracket, I thought I'd ask around.
