[TowerTalk] Nicopress swags

I have no concern about hand swagging as long as all of the following
are true:

Right sleeve (or sleeves, sometimes it has to be 2 or 3) for the cable
size, type and application. Nicopress has a large variety.

Real Nicopress hand crimper, not a Chinese imitation made the way they
do the cheap bolt cutters. Most do only one or two sizes, so chose
carefully. Properly adjusted! They do wear, bend and slip adjustment
with use.

After crimping, checking with Nicopress guage for the proper application
- the crimp groove should just fit. - and the right number of crimps.
For many uses, it's 2 or 3 per sleeve.

For one or two crimps, the above may cost more than having it done
professionally, but it more controlled than some big box tool of dubious
condition and calibration.
