[TowerTalk] Commercial Comms Towers and Bird Strikes

Maybe lighting makes a difference.  I wonder if strobe lights and red 
flashing lights affect some birds differently.  Perhaps fog, haze, or 
other reflective particles in the air make a difference, too.  I don't 
know, I'm just asking questions.
