Cold shrink (available from a variety of sources including 
http://www.sitepro1.com/store/cart.php?m=product_detail&p=426) is 
somewhat less expensive.

This is the typical tradeoff:  time vs. money.  Spend money for the cold 
shrink/Quick-Seal and be done faster... or spend time wrapping Teflon, 
mastic, and electrical tape.
