You sure could.  OTOH it's a bit confusing when compared to the FAA charts.
There are two very large towers just a bit over a mile from me so they are 
easy to spot.  They are listed at roughly 74 and 79 meters or 256 feet for 
the taller one with both being 190 MSL for site elevation (tower base above 
mean sea level).  The charts list both as being 400 AGL.  They are the only 
two towers that close. Both the direction and distance are correct.  I'm not 
sure why the discrepency.
