[TowerTalk] tristao 50 ft motorrized crank up HELP

i don't know the model no. or anything like that but the trisao name plate is 
there the tower measures 3 sections 20 ft each so i presume that it cranks to 
50 ft for stress perposes here's the thing i can get the tower for 150.00 
plus a 20 to 40.00 delivery fee.The thing is they don't have the base plate and 
don't know the concrete size foundation needed so can anyone help on this issue 
before i purchase it as the town i'm in wants specs does anyone know where to 
get a manul or what the spes may be or where i can get a base plate .This 
baby looks like new and is very heavy so any help with the base needed would be 
nice i was gonna dig a 6 bsq by 5 deep against the house foundation and lag 
into my house so it doesn't pull away Thanks John In R.I. KB1MWK
