[TowerTalk] Rohn foldover winch

My 45G foldover used a Dutton Lainson DL2500,
which had a positive locking clutch.  You had to CRANK it
down, for it to come down.  No free wheeling.  

If what you have does NOT have such a clutch, you have
the WRONG winch.  

Look in the Grainger catalog, for a suite of choices which
may fit the tower-mount bracket which Rohn fabricated.  The
winch itself doesn't have the attachment/interface.
