Alton,

1) listen to the guys who suggest you do NOT 'backyard engineer'
	your idea of using pipe to elevate the guys.  Use a pro.

2  A number of members of the Frankford Radio Club have used
	elevated guy anchors.  The ones I've seen had 6" I beam,
	set in concrete.  6' in the ground, and 4' above.  

	This is considerably stronger than pipe would be, but it's
	still backyard engineering.
