Just for the record the correct sizes are 1/4" and 5/16" X 1-1/2" long.
And no lockwashers are used.

i buy mine from tessco a few months ago, they come in
a clear tube with a blue lid,  i can say are grade 5 ,
fine thread, 2 sizes  1/4 and 3/16   the ones i get
Radian original  and those come ZINK plated, not hot
dip galvaniced,  the same ones i found in LOWES , same
quality and appareance,

i pay in tessco like 2.50 dlls  each KIT but you must
place and order over 100 dlls or pay the 7.50 extra, 
if you want to complete the order check the
weatherproofing kits i found some at good price.
