I just purchased two Rohn(Radian) bolt kits from TESSCO:

Radian R-25JBK

3 - 1/4 by 1 1/2" NF zinc plated Grade 5 bolts with nuts 
3 - 5/16 by 1 1/2" NF zinc plated bolts Grade 5 with nuts

I've used stainless and galvanized before, had a tough time finding
galvanized in Grade 5 and then had to really work to get them in the holes
due to the hot dip process on the bolts themselves.
