Dave,

   I would use polyurethane sealant made by Vulkem if you are not going to
replace the caps. You can get it at most hardware stores and it sticks much
better, especially in sunlight. You might also want to drill a small hole in
the bottom of the capacitor tubes on the end towards the element ends. I had
trouble with water in the capacitor tubes on my 3 KT36s and these small
holes greatly reduced the trouble.
