[TowerTalk] Action against US Tower?

They don't advertise that it is undocumented before you buy it. Sure, you
can research the matter, but this is the only company I have ever
encountered that does not document a dangerous and highly technical product.
Who would think to ask? This is precisely why some of us have advertised our
disappointment on this reflector. I hope others will not make the same
mistake. If enough customers stop buying from UST and tell them it's because
of their reputation for poor documentation and support, then maybe they will
improve their pracitces.

I absolutely agree with your concern about our society's disdain for
responsibility. I now know how poorly documented this stuff is, I accept
responsibility for my use of it and I won't be the one to sue UST for
negligence in documentation. Someone else, however, will, for precisely the
reason you lament.
