[TowerTalk] Building a Tower Trailer

The primary reason for the tower trailer is to make it possible for me
to use this tower by myself.  I need to be able to load, transport,
and erect it by myself.   If that can be done by a trailer that is
only "a convenient carrying device for the rig" that's fine,  but I've
been assuming this wouldn't work.
