[TowerTalk] Antennas in the Rain

Well, come on, a little reasoning should be exercised here.

Here at the beach in Oregon, that would leave about 3 days a year to get
antenna work done.  Yes caution is important, and yes some ability to read
the weather is needed.  I whole heartedly agree that working on antenna
structures in a thunderstorm is dangerous, but simply doing antenna work in
the rain is pretty common and not necessarily the same risk as doing that
work in a thunderstorm.

I'm pretty comfortable working on the tower under a clear plastic garbage
bag to keep the connections dry while I seal things up, we get a fair amount
of rain, pretty hard to get around it.
