[TowerTalk] Running coax under concrete walkway?

a frand i was helping  drove  1 inch  gray pvc under  his sidewalk 
and  glued  every thing not  knowing he pluged the  pipe with dirt 
and i used   co2 at  250 lbs and  messed up the  shop ceiling with 
sand blasted dirt
