[TowerTalk] Slightly OT: Antennex article on Screwdriver Antenna?

Hi

I am interested in subscribing to Antennex, especially for the Screwdriver
antenna article that was in the Feb 2006 issue.  I would truly appreciate
any comments regarding this article:  is it a complete construction text,
can the antenna be constructed with relativively easy obtainable components,
what tools (machining) are required to build the antenna, any other comments
that you would care to share.
