[TowerTalk] Square Needle

I think it was W0MLY who had an article in QST quite a few years ago on building your own 
'Needle'.

I'm a pretty good welder, not certified, but while I could make all the parts, I'd hire a 
certified welder to do the critical welding.

That last time I bought non seamless steel tubing, round and square, the price would be 
right close to what the cost of a existing tower would be excluding shipping.
