I also recently had some Rohn 25 & 45 tower sections regalvanized. 
Reaming out the bolt holes was the only issue wrt to reassembling the 
sections.  At 30 cents per pound for the regalvanizing, it's certainly 
the way to go.

One important point, any paint on a section had to be removed before 
they'd accept the tower for regalvanizing.
