Maybe they were also addressing that some may have thought(heppens here) 
that if they put up 40 feet of 25G and guyed at that point, they could then 
add another 30 feet, stack a
TH7 and 2el 40M beam and not have to guy the upper 30 feet.  A little 
extreme but you get the idea.
