[TowerTalk] Element Half length setting for XM-240

        I'd suggest using the  Secret LXC Dimensions by splitting the CW and 
MID measurements. That way it'll  resonate about 7.075 and the 2:1 points will 
be 7.000 and 7.250 making  it a very useful antenna.
