Has anyone ever been able to perceive the skew of gamma match feed just by
listening to a signal.

Has anyone ever lost a DX station or otherwise had difficulty aiming his
beam because of gamma match skew?

Is radiated or received power lost using a gamma match compared to a
balanced feed?

Just how perfectly balanced are other feeds anyway?

I don't use any gamma matches.  I use hairpins.  But I am curious as to what
operational disadvantages really do occur when using a gamma match as
opposed to using a balanced feed.
