[TowerTalk] stacking 6 meter beams

I want to stack 2 6M-7JHV's.I have a ComTech stack-match good for 6 meters.I question is this:I will have one antenna one the top of one of my towers(65 feet) and the 2nd one will be mounted on a IIX side mounted rotator.The driven elements will not be aligned because of the offset.Is this bad or does the stack-match take care of that?Or is this not worth worrying about.Just want to try to maximize my system.They will be spaced about 25 feet.
