The best way to do this is to get two more Klein grips (or use Big Grips 
backwards) and two more come a longs.  Then you tension everything to 
about 80% of final tension all the while using your surveyor's transit 
to check for tower plumb.  Two more guys on each of the other come a 
longs helps.  The transit person tells each how many clicks to add or 
remove to keep the tower in plumb.  Once that is done, then you cut your 
guys to the final length and transfer the load from the come a longs to 
the guys.  Then final tweak the turnbuckles to final tension, all the 
while checking plumb.
