[TowerTalk] Where does the element go?

Happy after eating too much turkey day ...
  After having spent all that money, time, and effort on raising the tower 
as high as possible, mast, all that, I put the elements on TOP ... why would 
I give up that 2 or 3 inches advantage ?? !!   Worky worky!
