I replaced the ps with an Antec super quiet true 430 watt supply and noise is gone.  thanks to all for suggestions.
Now, How to get on 160 with a 135' wide lot?  I might get permission to run 1 let across my neighbors lot using that sky blue wire that is nearly invisible as long as I don't interfere with her TV or audio equipment and running AM that is a big concern to me.
