Unless the tower is located just outside the wall to the shack, the Polyphasers should be located at your SPG which is located just outside the wall to the shack.  If you locate the Polyphasers a ways from the shack at the tower, then those lengths of cable from the tower to the shack are not protected and will be prone to have induced energy in them during nearby strikes.

I second Gene's recommendation of using Hoffman electrical boxes.  You can get them from any industrial electrical supply house.
