[TowerTalk] Broadband Speedtest

I have three customers on a 2.4Ghz multipoint (Hopper).

When we do speed tests, we are getting excellent download speeds, but
upload speeds are just dismal. Should these speeds not be somewhat more
symetical?

I have checked all connectors, changed the base radio, alighned
antennas... but the problem persists.

It is not constant... .sometimes things work fine, that is at least
their outgoing emails do not time out.

Any suggestions?
