[TowerTalk] Need PE-stamped plans...

Anyone have PE-stamped plans for AB-105, Rohn, APC, TCI, or Swager towers?  I'm pulling permits for some towers and the county wants this.  While trying to find a reasonable Maryland-licensed PE who'll help me out, I'm wondering what plans may already be out there that we could use as a starting point.  Seems to me that my Maryland PE may just be able to "review the work" of whatever PE has done some work and then put his stamp on it, if he finds it acceptable.
