[TowerTalk] Aluminum mast pipe

There was a fellow in Texas who had an ENORMOUS EME array- the azimuth
rotator was the chassis of an old truck with an electric motor instaed
of the original, that drove around in a circle.  I've forgotten how
the chassis was attached to the array, but I'm sure someone will
recall more details.
