[TowerTalk] Unknown tower components

They might be Rohn EP2534-3 's . They are equalizer plates. One hole in one corner and three holes along the opposite side. Meant to attach to the guy anchor at the single hole and the guy wires connect to the other three.  It provides a single mounting point for multiple guy wires and swivels to equalize the pull on the guy anchor.  They were also made with 5 holes on one side for larger installations.

  I recently purchased a Rohn 25 Fold over tower from a ham in the SF Bay area and received 8 triangular galvanized metal pieces about 8" on a side and with about 4 bolt holes and several large galvanized bolts.  Are these necessary parts for the Rohn 25 tower?  Where and how are they used??
